Home Buying Tip:
Here's the 'right way' to shop for a home...
Step 1 - The first step is to
get Pre-Approved for a mortgage. (It's never a good idea to start
shopping for a house until you know what price range you should
be
shopping in.) Also, most Bank Owned Foreclosures and Relocation Company
owned properties REQUIRE a pre-approval before they will even look at
your offer. Need help? Let us know and we'll be happy to
recommend a helpful, good quality local mortgage lender.
Step 2 - Once you have your Mortgage Pre-Approval, simply complete
the form above and click Send. You'll begin receiving automatic emails
from a local real estate professional with information on homes that
meet your criteria.
Step 3 - Once you see a home that interests you, just contact your assigned agent
and they will set up a time for you to take a look at the property in person.
Step 4 - When you find a home you're really interested in, ask your Real Estate Professional to do
a detailed Market Analysis of comparable sold properties in the area.
(So you don't overpay for the home!) Your assigned Real Estate Professional will advise you on strategy & prepare the
written Offer to Purchase. Once your offer is accepted, your Real Estate Professional will
coordinate the home inspection, appraisal and tons of
other details help a smooth closing.
There is a big difference in agents!
The right Real Estate Professional can ease the process and save you thousands!

Bargain Hunting?
Are you interested in purchasing a Foreclosure or Short Sale? If you are, then you need
an agent with the CDPE designation (Certified Distressed Property
Expert). CDPE agents have advanced training and specialized knowledge
in Foreclosures and Short Sales. There can be some great deals buying a Foreclosure or Short Sale, but these are very complicated transactions. (This is NOT the time to call Aunt Betty or Uncle
Bob who sell real estate part-time.) Make sure you have a true real estate professional in your corner. Call or email the Summit Vista Group at RE/MAX Professionals Select.
